Since 1996, Villar has collaborated with NBC TV4's weather forecaster, Christopher Nance, orchestrating numerous live remotes through strategic public relations efforts. He has executed impactful press releases for various organizations, including "The Platter," "Disney On Ice - Toy Story," "Rose Parade for Thai Airways Int'l," "Christmas Parade in Hollywood," "On Air Balloon," "The Royal Kingdom of Thailand," "Disneyland Complimentary Admission," "Power of Nature," "Ice Show Happily Ever After," and a host of other captivating programs.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Paul has consistently remained dedicated to giving back to community service. Actively involved in various non-profit organizations, he notably served as the Executive Director and Producer of the Christopher Nance Children's Foundation from 1996 to 2003. Since 2014, he has held the position of President and Chief Operating Officer for the Famegate Foundation.
